Stacking Service Policy
We provide efficient, neat and organized stacking services at your location. Here are the general rules:

Delivery: Firewood will be delivered to the designated location on the customer's property. Our stacking service does NOT include going up any stairs or steep inclines, traveling extraordinary distances, or going inside your home. We reserve the right to add an additional fees for extreme requests.

Stacking: Our team will stack the firewood in a neat and organized manner, ensuring stability and easy access for the customer.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept electronic payments or cash on delivery if you have not already paid.

Safety: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the stacking location is safe and clear of any obstacles that may impede the stacking process.

Responsibility: The customer assumes all responsibility for the firewood after it has been delivered and stacked.

Cancellation: If the customer cancels the stacking service, a fee may be charged to cover expenses incurred.

Damage: In the unlikely event that damage is caused to the customer's property during the stacking process, the customer must notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

Weather: In the event of inclement weather, the stacking service may be postponed. We will work with the customer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
