Delivery was stacked quickly and neatly, and the driver offered to bucket up the scraps (for kindling), ended up filling 6 buckets in my garage. I got kiln-dried wood. Based on 3-4 fires I can say it is the best I have had. It starts easily & there's no popping sparks into the livingroom. It's pricey, but customer service is the best (even during the holidays).

I ordered a 1/2 cord of kiln-dried mixed firewood and received great service from Better Burn Firewood and Travis. Picked my delivery date and received a text message asking where the wood should be delivered. Travis arrived and dropped the wood exactly where I asked. Very pleased with the mixed hardwood. Pieces were are similarly sized and there was almost no “junk.” Had two fires this weekend and the kiln-dried wood lit easy and burned great! Will definitely order again when I make it through this batch of wood!
